The Purpose of Hot Foot is for your Target to step in it and Depart the Area such as Moving Away in a Hurry and Leaving you alone . As this Powder is Red in color it needs to be Mixed with Dirt from the Area you live in. This will Camouflage it so your Target doesn't notice it on the Ground. It's best used Outside where you know they will Step in it. Beside their Car Door has been a Popular way of doing this, Cameras are Everywhere Don't get caught! While you are Sprinkling it Concentrate on the Person you want to Leave and that No Other Person will be Affected if they Step in it.
